In South Caucasus frozen conflicts are dangerous for the stability in the region. In Karabakh the situation is especially dangerous, Peter Semneby, EU Special representative said. He calls the conflicting parties to the strengthening of negotiations. Particularly, he called the international organisations to activate its influence over Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. He said the participation of EU in South Caucasus must be evident and successive. Semneby said international organisations should make every effort for the regulation of conflicts. OSCE partner countries consider it to be very painful that decision about withdrawal of the organisation from Georgia was taken that happens in June of 2009. Semneby as well said that Council of Europe's Program for Eastern Partnership will make closer relations between 6 countries Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus.
