Davit Darchiashvili, head of Parliamentary Committee for EU integration met with new head of EU mission in Georgia Philippe Dimitrov. Darchiashvili said to journalists the talks touched Georgian-EU relations.
"We talked about beginning of associate membership to EU, about readmission and visa simplification regime. As well we discussed the possibility for agreement about free trade regime with EU, " - Darchiashvili said.
Darchiashvili was interested with visions of EU mission head about the cooperation perspectives with the Georgian Parliamentary Committee for EU Integration. He was interested what attitude does he have with internal political events
