The Georgian Foreign Ministry said the local self governance "elections' that were held in Abkhazia were pseudo democratic. "Taking into consideration that in Abkhazia (Georgia) the local population was expelled as a result of ethnic cleansing, such elections are only pseudo democratic and one more attempt to mislead the international community, " - The Foreign Ministry stated. The Foreign Ministry calls the international community to make adequate estimation to such illegal elections.
