The official Tbilisi will apply to the European Court of Human Rights in connection with the kidnapped juveniles. Tinatin Burjaliani, Deputy Justice Minister made today a special declaration about this.
The Georgian government asks an immediate reaction for the fact of detention of 4 Georigan juveniles and demands that the ECtHR to oblige the Russian Federation to immediately release juveniles.
The letter as well reads about the incidents which happen in the last period, particularly about the kidnapped 16 Georgians in Gremiskhevi. They were released in the course of the interference of international organizations after being in hostage during 5 days.
The letter reads that the like facts from the Russian border guards are happeing quite frequently in the last period. This makes a dangerous situation for the region population.
"The Justice Ministry applied to the ECtHR in Strasbourgh, for the Court to order to Russian Federation to immediately and unconditionnly release 4 Georigan juveniles, which are in hostage it is already 4 weeks. Earlier, in 2008 on August 12 the ECtHR delivered a decision, according to which the Russian Federation was prohibited from any actions, which are violating the human rights issues in the occupied territories, "- Burjaliani said.
