"According to the legislation the monitoring of the penitential system by journalists, its visits and direct contact with prisoners is not allowed, "- The official letter of Khatuna Klmakhelidze to "Solidarity to prisoners of conscience" reads. She noted that in a several weeks the pilot program will be implemented about audience in prisons. This program will allow to journalists to meet with prisoners.
