"The Court now reviews a crime stipulated under the Article 339 (bribery). Now the investigation of evidences is pending. Accused is not attending the court trial privately. His health conditions at this moment is satisfactory, "- Beqauri, defense lawyer said.
For information, Tsone Gamsakhurdi wasa detained on October 27 of 2009 for the illegal bearing of arms. Later he was accused in bribery of prison hospital staff. He was senesced by the City Court for 9 years and 6 month of imprisonment.
