Tomorrow on February 21 the court hearing of Tsotne Gamsakhurdia, son of First President will be held. Qetii Beqauri, Defense lawyer of Tsotne Gamsakhurdia said to GHN Court will hear the evidences tomorrow. The Article 339 (Bribery) will be revised by Court. The accused will not attend trial, his health condition is now satisfactory, she said.
For information, Gamsakhurdia was detained on October 27 of 2009 for the predetermined murder and illegal bearing of arms. Later on he was accused in bribery of prison hospital staff. The City Court sentenced him for 9 years and 6 month of imprisonment.
