Sergey Tigipko, Vice Prime Minister, Social Minister of Ukraine said if the reforms will not be carried out in Ukraine the country may become of the poorest in Europe. "We work under the modern decisions to be competitive among EU countries. The reforms must be carried out speedily and effectively. We have to hurry up. Ukraine is one of the poorest countries in Europe. We are afraid of reforms and we are afraid of the situation, "- he said in his interview with 5-th Channel.
He noted that Ukraine must become better and more prosperous than Baltic States are.
