New ministries will emerge as a result - the Environment Ministry and Energy and Natural Resources Ministry.
"According to the changes to the Energy Ministry will be passed all rights that are under the natural resources management competence. As well the Agriculture ministry is given the right over conservation of soil and its restoration. The Civil registry will decide the determination of purposeful exploitation of soils, " - Khuroshvili said.
The sub body of the Ministry - Agency of Protected Territories will be detached from the Ministry and will join to the Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry. The questions of seaside defense will enter under the Infrastructure and Regional Development Ministry.
"The Natural Resources Protection will be distributed among several ministries. Nevertheless the leading one here will be Energy and Natural Resources Ministry, "- Parliamentary Secretary said to GHN.
