The edition STANDARD published the material according to which the new Report of American Progress Center supports Kremlin. Journalist Jhon Nunensi wrote experts say, the conflict in Georgia was incited not by Russian Federation but by USA making very mistaken steps. At the same time they said Russian occupation is a stabilizing factor. However the journalist noted that Russian Army as a stabilizing factor is a nonsense. At the same time the edition wrote that the Report upholds the consideration of Russian Federation that Russian Federation is not a party of the conflict and takes off the responsibility for the joint work under the decision of Georgian crisis.
"It is a fact that the occupation that violated the cease-fire agreement is hindering to the fair dialogue. As well the peacekeeping role of Russian Federation in Abkhazia and S.O. is a farce. The intervention showed that including 2008 the peacekeepers were participants of the conflict, but not the neutral force. The CAP is not seeing this and accused USA in inciting the conflict, "- the article reads.
"The report does not mention that Hillary Clinton prized Georgia for the restrain and for constructive approach to the conflict decision. Not mentions as well the strategy of Russian Federation for inciting conflict in the region. As well the increase of aggressive militarization on the occupied territories after the S.O. war. At the same time the CAP denied the possibility of Berlin wall in Georgia. Nothing was said about 10% of Georgian population becoming homeless in own country thanks to Russian Federation, as well ethnic cleansing in occupied territories and mass humanitarian crisis, " - the article wrote.
" STANDARD "- said the worst in the Report is that it coincides with the Russian position about non obligation of Russian Federation for negotiations in connection with the status of territories. Its prolonged presence on the territories does not oblige them to conduct negotiations; nevertheless this violates the cease-fire agreement.
For information the USA Congress experts passed the report last week about the conflicts in Georgia.
