The USA lays the burden of responsibility for died people in Libya upon the government. The declaration was announced by Hillary Clinton, USA State Secretary.
"USA continues to watch closely the events in Libya... We are joining the estimation of international community and expressing our concern over the developed events. According to our data hundreds of people died and more injured. The bloodshed is unacceptable. The Libyan government has to respect the fundamental human rights - freedom of expression and freedom of assembly, "- Clinton said.
