UN decided to impose sanctions against Libya. The document was worked out at the UN Security Council. According to the document if Libya will not give up the violent repressions and restrain a freedom of expression, against the country the military and economic sanctions will be enforced. The USA as well supports these sanctions. To be noted that Libya was already sanctioned by EU. EU decided to cease any type of cooperation with the country.
