In France, in Paris in the hospital of Laribuaser , at the age of 79 Ani Jirardo film actress died. For the last period of time actress suffered from the Altsheimer disease. This event became public only in 2006. Nicola Bolie filmed her in the documentary about fight against this disease  - "This is the life".

Ani Jirardo was born in 1931. The decisive point in her carrier was her meeting with great Italian film director Lukiano Visconti. She was filmed in 1960 in "Rokko and his brothers". This move became a turning point for Alain Delon as well and Renato Silvatore, husband of Jirardo.

She was filmed as well by Marko Ferrery, Roge Badim, Mario Monicheli. Andre Kaiati, Clod Lelush and others. French are considering her as a contemporary actress in all periods of her life and are respecting her as a great personality.
