Eka Tkeshelashvili, Security Council's Secretary believes that Russia is not likely to use the nuclear weapon. She said this commenting the new military doctrine of Russian Federation, according to which Russia has a right to use the nuclear weapon.
"This looks like as a political propaganda. Russia shows to all world that she is not afraid to make such propaganda declarations. Acting in such way the Russian Federation makes it clear that it ignores the political calls of the international community. However there is not a probability that Russian Federation will use the nuclear weapon in neigbour countries, as its area of impact is not restrained, the damage will affect Russia as well, Tkeshelashvili noted.
We remind you that Russian Federation works under the new military doctrine which will be in force in the nearest future.
