According to the declaration of Poland's Foreign Minister Rodislav Sikorski Russia has to decide does it wishes the Tskhinvali region at the cost of own reputation. This is up to Russia to decide. Sikorski made this comment in Washington at the American Progress Center.
He once more underlined the support for the territorial integrity of Georgia and talked about the necessity of dialogue with Russian Federation using all resources for this.
