Muammar Qaddafi said in 1977 he had passed the power to Libyan people. He is not a President to resign and neither Parliament has ordered his resignation form a post.

"In Libya there is no government, no Presidential neither monarch regime. The power is in people's hands. I have no real power and a position to take decision on resignation, "- Qaddafi said.
Qaddafi said he had a meeting with several supporters and asked them who will come after him. They replied that in case of revolution the country would be overtaken by foreign country forces.

Qaddafi said his enemies wished to kill him. The protest actions are insulting for Libyan people's pride. In Libya does not exist the internal opposition and all disorders are coming from outside the country. No more than 150 people died during disorders and in the initiation of protest actions "undermining" forces are guilty.
