The parliamentary minority demands the decriminalization of business. Giorgi Targamadze leader of minority said to journalists after the Business Council sitting. He underlined that the Georgian business is now under the threat and fear. It is necessary to strengthen a range of institutions - in Judiciary, Arbitrage and in view of litigations.

Economic torts decriminalization should happen in minor offences. The 25 thousand GEL deficit must not became a reason for the criminal liability for the company. Nowadays Georgian entrepreneurs are almost potential criminals, "- Targamadze said. It was stressed that if this problem will not be resolved no development of business is possible.

"If the Georgian businessmen will not invest in own country no serious foreign investor will do it despite of efforts of our government to attract foreign businessmen. "
