USA loses the information war with TV "Al Jazeera", China and Russia. Hillary Clinton said this when delivering a speech in the Congress.

At the same time Clinton admitted that the private media is useless against the Arabian gap. They are oriented to the result, especially the cultural programs. This is in contradiction with the American values. She talked with one Afghan General who has very negative impression about American people thanks to the TV programs.
"We are facing the information war and are losing it. "Al Jazzera" is winning. China established the global TV network, which is transmitted on different languages. Russian made a TV channel on English language. I have seen this in many different countries; this is enough to take a lesson for us. Out influence decreased, "- State Secretary said.
