Today on March 4 the 15-th round of Geneva talks will open. Abkhazian and S.O. secessionists will take part in negotiations. They will demand the non use of force agreement with Georgia.
The Abkhazian delegation head Viacheslav Chirikba said the main reason for Abkhazia's side participation in negotiations is the ratification of non aggression agreement. The Russian side in addition to this agreement asks all parties of negotiations about the proper language use during the dialogue, which will not be offensive.
The Georgian side will pose a question about Russia's non use of force against Georgia in turn, as Georgia has already declared this before all international community. The second demand is to allow international observers to the occupied territories. This denoted the entering of the international police forces to Abkhazia and so called S.O. The third demand of the Georgian party is to return refugees to its homes.
For information, the co-chairmen of Geneva talks from EU, UN, and OSCE already visited Georgia and agreed about the discussion subjects.
