Karl Bildt, Foreign Minister of Switzerland, chairman country of EU calls once again Moscow to the fulfillment of Sarcozi-Medvediev's agreement.
Karl Bildt said that according to the agreement Russia was obliged to pull back its army to the previous position, before the August war, but Russia did not obey.
At the same time Swiss Foreign Minister made comment conserning puppet regimes, he said that he cannot feel as an independent unit the so-called S.O. government.
"It is clear that they are constantly travelling to Moscow, are financed by Moscow and are not representing the independent government, "- Karl Bildt said.
