Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Qaddafi advises to Spanish, USA, Italian and French companies to return to Libya and reopen its activity. He said oil companies will gain much profit incase of its return.
Qaddafi said Libya is a natural barrier for the illegal migrants and Europe is dependent on Libya in this view. "We are a barrier for millions of black migrants who try to reach France and Italy illegally. Libya is an important in terms of security. The stability here is equal to the regional stability.
