"Putin talks that the Georgian wine Qundzmarauli is good but Onishenko will say it is infected with pesticides. Putin embarrassed with such situation will be "forced" to reject the Georgian goods in Russian market. Russia has to understand that such inadequate steps in WTO will not be proper, "- Tsiskarishvili said.


As soon Moldova President will say something unpleasant for Russian government in Moldavian wine instantly pesticides will appear as well. This is natural for Russia, it never refuse such political weapon.

"The main is that in WTO Russia itself will be put under the danger of expulsion from organization. Nevertheless this will not be a tragedy for them, as many in RF are against membership. They are considering it unimaginable to move from socialistic way to the market economy. The population will not reconcile with the lose of such governmental protectionist policy on which the Russian business is based, "- Tsiskarishvili said.



"The demands of civilization are the development of modernization basis in Russia over new technologies and foreign investments, but they cannot enter Russia if the market will not be open. Putin allowed once a gas company for gas mining; they were expelled in a half of a year. Such wild actions in the course of WTO membership will not be accepted. At the same time Russia's big part is extremely poor. Nobody knows when the ‘bomb' will be exploded, "- Tsiskarishvili said.

Expert believes for Putin it is very dangerous to unite into this organization. Responsible person for the WTO will be PM but not President. The first years of the membership will be only negative for RF, as the foreign companies will try to suppress the Russian companies' interest for the well known reasons. This will be a fight for the influential places. Only after 4-5 years the country may start to talk about some advantages of this organization
