Georgian wines may return to the Russian market, but they have to pass the rigid check after its smashing discrediting, Genadi Onishenko, head of the Rospotrbnadzor said.
Onishenko said for the annulment of the restriction or the Georgian wines it is necessary to pass the "Checking measures".

"Look at Moldova they returned. It is necessary to pass the obligatory check for the admittance to the market... But nothing will change if one only blames and mocks us. It is necessary to present the production and to pass the checking measures. And after the terrible discrediting of the Georgian wines which was in 2006 we will check them especially thoroughly, "- Onishenko said.

For information, the ban for the Georgian wines and  mineral waters alongside with the visa issues restrictions and direct airline with Russia were imposed on the background of extreme worsening of relations by Russian Federation with Georgian Republic.
