Former Judge of the European Court of Human Rights said the defense of human values is an obligation of every Georgian citizen. The creation of sworn battalion is a very good idea. This happen for our citizens to be defended from the unjust and unfair actions of our government.
He noted that this idea should be implemented very thoroughly. Those people who are psychologically and organizationally well prepared will do this better. It is very important to do this in a right direction and to fulfill all conditions. If this will happen then the sworn battalion will implement its high mission before the nation.
