Almost all Georgian citizens living in Japan have been contacted, Georgian ambassador to Japan Revaz Beshidze in his phone conversation on Friday, Rustavi 2 reports.
According to official data, 35 Georgian citizens are living in Japan. Reportedly, none of them have been injured in the 8,9 magnitude earthquake that hit Japan on Friday.
Japanese citizens living in Tbilisi have been trying to contact their family members and relatives in Japan all day long.
