Irakli Sesiashvili, political scientist said if West will enter to Libya with Armed Forces against Qaddafy, then Russian Federation will take this as a precedent when needed.
"Russia will exploit the same motivation (if the revolution happens in post soviet area) in case of West entering forces to Libya. Exactly the same argumentation was used by Russia Federation in recognizing the independence of Abkhazia and S.O., taking as a precedent Kosovo, " - Sesiashvili said to GHN.
He said Russian Federation will try to gain as well in terms of oil prices increase. "The best solution for the Libyan events would be the interference of UN peacekeeping forces for forcing Qaddafi to peace. But Russian Federation is about to back the using of army against Qaddafi. Doing this Russia tries to get double profit - one is that out of the crisis it gains in terms of oil prices increase, " - he noted.
