The Russian President prohibited Muammar Qadafi and his children with nearest surrounding to enter the Russian Federation. The order was signed by the President, he as well banned them for transit over RF and any doing financial operations. The initial Order is published on the official web page of RF President. 16 people are blacklisted alongside with Qaddafi. The another list is for people banned for the financial operations in RF. 6 of them are Libyan President and his children.
