The Japanese government declared the Fukushima I as a closed airspace. In 30 kilometers radius all flights are banned.
For information, for the last three days in Fukushima I, three explosions happen. The problem was the cooling system of nuclear reactor.
For aid to deal with the cooling system in the nuclear reactor the Japanese government asked the International Nuclear Energy Agency.
