The UN Security Council this time holds a special briefing for the airspace close over the Libya. The idea is initiated y Arabian league. The French envy to UN hopes this initiative of Arabian League will be supported by UN.
To be noted UK and France prepared the draft resolution for the losing of airspace over Libya. The resolution is not discussed yet by UN.
