Muammar Qaddafi, leader of Libya said the opposition representatives are "rates". Delivering a speech before own supporters he said the West tries to seize the oil of Libya. He said that information about thousand people's death at the clashes is wrong. He said only several hundreds of people died, mostly oppositionists.


At the same time Libyan leader promised to win over the opposition in the nearest future. He refused again the recommendation of the West to step down. Contrary he advised in turn to the leaders of France, Germany and USA to resign to give to own people the real freedom.


USA is about to help financially the opposition in Libya. For this purpose the frozen bank accounts of Qaddafi will be used. This sum amounted to 32 bn USD. At this stage the USA will decide the question of its accountability and after this will take the decision in connection with Libyan opposition.
