He is sure the Libyan government financed the pre elections campaign for French President, and the Libyan side can present all necessary documentation for this purpose.
"This clown first of all has to give us back our money he took for his pre elections campaign. We supported him, for in turn he has to support Libyan people. He did not justify our hopes.
