UN Security Council passed the resolution about Libya. The airspace over Libya declared as a closed one. The resolution was passed by the voting for of 10 members of Security Council out of 15. 5 members abstained from decision. Among them Russia, China, Indonesia and Brazil.

The resolution allows international community to take all necessary measures against Libya. Nevertheless the resolution did not envisage the right for the defense of peaceful population and the sending of Armed Forces to the place. The information is disseminated by USA media. The USA representatives say that the resolution will be used by the coalition of countries, among them the League of Arabian states, France and UK for bombing of points inside country.

The French Prime Minster said the military actions may enter into force in several hours after the passing of resolution. The information is disseminated by USA information agencies.
