Libyan Leader Muaammar Qaddafi's armed forces will face an aviation attack in a few hours, - Fransua Baruen, Pres Secretary of French government declared today. He noted against the Qaddafi regime will be used the French Armed forces in the military operation.

For information, the UN Security Council passed the resolution about the defense of Libyan population and the airspace over Libya is declared as a closed one.

The resolution was upheld by France, UK, USA and 7 other countries. 5 countries abstained from voting among them Germany, China and Russia. The willingness for the participation in the military operations was expressed by several countries.
