The enforcement powers of Georgian President will be increased. In this respect the amendments will be made in legislation about "Bases for construction and space use".
According to the legislation the President will be empowered with the right to regulate the recreation territories and the zones for construction use and regulation. He as well has a right to delegate this right to other governmental body for a defined period of time.
