The Russian Federation will not take part in air military operation. The declaration disseminated by Nikolay Makarov, head of Russian Army Headquarters.
"No, this is excluded, "- Makarov said in conversation with Russian media answering the question about possibility of Russia's participation in Egyptian military operation.
To be noted, Turkey as well against participation to the military operations in Egypt. Despite of this the UN Security Council passed decision on taking military measures against Libyan President Muammar Qaddafi. The air military intervention will be performed against the regime of Libyan leader.
For information, the UN Security Council passed the resolution about the defense of Libyan population and the airspace over Libya is declared as a closed one.
The resolution was upheld by France, UK, USA and 7 other countries. 5 countries abstained from voting among them Germany, China and Russia. The willingness for the participation in the military operations was expressed by several countries.
