In the course of underneath hits, the volcanic eruption of Fudziama is expected. Japanese and USA experts came into this conclusion. Generally the volcano Fudziama is considered as less active one. For the last time it was erupted in 18 century. It is believed that quakes happening so frequently in Japan may cause the wakening of sleeping giant. The Japanese scientists from Nagoya University as well came to this conclusion.
Kevin Martin, scientist in seismology said: "It is already 300 years we expect the eruption of this volcano. And this eruption will not affect only Japan. Only one eruption is enough to spread the radioactive substances from Fukushila nuclear power plant to the large territory."
For information, as a result of earthquake last week in Japan according to official data 5 198 people died, 10 000 are lost, GHN reports.
