Thomas Hammerberg, HC of Human Rights of Council of Europe plans to arrive to Tskhinvali today. Before the meeting with the puppet regime representatives Thomas Hammerberg will meet with Lado Vadzelashvili, plenipotentiary of President in Qvemo Qartli.
According to the existing information Thomas Hammerberg will receive the detailed information from the Georgian side, about the kidnapped juveniles in Tirdznisi. It is known that the visit of this high rank official from the CoE is connected with the fact of kidnapping of the juveniles.
We remind you that Thomas Hammerberg arrived to Georgia on November 27. He did not made yet any declarations about the above mentioned fact, because of this the Georgian MPs accused him in being biased.
