Thomas Hammerberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights commented about kidnapped juveniles in Tirdznisi.
"Children have to be released. It is a very hard work; there are too much problems, but the negotiations pending, "- Hammerberg said when he was not allowed to enter Tskhinvali.
He as well commented that he will inevitably enter Tskhinvali, however it is not known when it will be.
We remind you that the European Commissioner planned to arrive today to Tskhinvali for negotiations for release of juveniles detained by occupational regime in Tirdznisi. However he was not allowed by the puppet regime to enter the conflict region.
