The Russian Federation is ready to uphold NATO in ceasing of conflict in Libya. Nevertheless in case of military operations starting on the Libyan territory this fact will be estimated as an occupation. This declaration was made by Dmitri Rogozin, Russian Federation permanent representative in NATO.
"Our partners have to understand well that they can rely to the support of Russian Federation only in case of cease-fire and in question of avoiding of the victims among peaceful population, " - Rogozin said and noted that Russia is ready for the joint actions only in case of non spreading of the conflict.
"If the case will turn to the rude violation of UN resolution, then our support will not be provided, " - Rogozin said and add if the talks are now about the conducting of one more military operation this denotes the some kind of occupation of the Libya.
