Manana Manjgaladze Press Spokeswoman of President noted that Saakashvili welcomes any type of dialogue and the process when all interested parties are taking part in it. He welcomes the process which will promote the better elections environment. She remained about the last year OSCE conclusion about elections environment which stated they were the most democratic and fair elections which ever held in Georgia. They were conducted namely with the elections code which is not in force. The main postulates of the code were based on consensus. It was achieved as a result of agreement between different political parties.

Saakashvili believes that the only way for political parties for conducting of dialogue is the way of consensus and compromises.
