The Tbilisi City Court satisfied the plea of former party member of Zurab Nogaideli's, ex - Prime Minister. He sued Zurab Nogaideli in City Court. The Court decided to expropriate the property of new party of Nogaideli in favor of his previous one. He was deprived of computer technique in 23 000 GEL, stamps and other office equipment. He will be sued more for not covering the wages indebtedness for a long period of time. The pleading will touch those 32 thousand GEL which were allocated for the needs of political party, but misappropriated by Nogaideli for his private law firm.
