Kosovo President Beget Pakoli resigned after the regional Constitutional Court found illegitimate his appointment to the post. Reuters informs based on the information from aide of Pakoli. Kosovo Constitutional Court decided the case against Pakoli in favor of opposition. The Court vent on decision, on February 22 at the Parliamentary sitting the election of Pakoli was illegitimate.
The majority of population considered elections was conducted with procedural breaches. It is not known yet the elections will be held repeatedly, or another candidate will be elected.
