In the Kutaisi City Hall the terrorist act was planned. Suspects are detained. The special operation was carried out a few times ago in the center of the city. According to the preliminary information the terrorist band formation was attempting to explode the building of a City Hall.
Police expropriated explosive substance in a big amount. No official comments were made as yet. At this moment the security measures are taken in the center of the city.
