The Tbilisi City Court sentenced the Israeli citizens businessmen Fux and Frenkel for imprisonment.
Several minutes ago the Court sentenced them for 7 years of imprisonment (Fux) and 6 years of imprisonment (7 years). The news agency GHN was informed from the City Court that both are fined for 500 thousand GEL and 100 thousand Gel respectively.
They are sentenced under the GCC article 339 part 3, - bribery.
For information, businessmen were detained last year on October 14 in allegation of attempt for bribery of high rank. The third businessman is wanted.
