The International Court of Justice rejected the Georgian case against RF concerning ethnic cleansing. The France Press informs that Hague International Court said the reason for this is case is beyond the scope of Court's competence.
For information, the pleading concerned allegation against RF in ethnic cleansing and discrimination of Georgians with support of local secessionist governments.
The case joined events from 1990s to 2008. The pleading which enter the Court on August 12 of 2008 presented proofs for all forms of racial discrimination against Georgians.
