Eduard Kokoity, leader of Ossetian secessionists during his meeting with Thomas Hammerberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for HR said that Georgia has in detention more then 40 so called S.O. citizens.
"Georgia has in detention more then 40 South Ossetian citizens, and we have no information about them, " - Kokoity said during his meeting with Thomas Hammerberg.
According to the information of leader of Ossetian secessionists, after the well known war in August of 2008 the so called S.O. passed to Georgia 86 people, but Georgia in turn passed to Ossetia only 7 people.
Moreover, leader of Ossetian secessionists said that "the Georgian citizens being in S.O. will be liable under the law for the illegal border crossing."
On December 2 and 3 the secessionists will hold a court hearing for the kidnapped by them Georgian citizens. On December 2 the court hearing of 4 Tirdznisi juveniles will be held and on December 3 the court hearing of 6 Georgians kidnapped from Lamiskhana.
