Member of National democratic Party, MP Guram Chakhvadze demands to discuss the liability question of Khatuna Kalmakhelidze, Corrections and Legal Assistance Minister and heads of the Orphanages. MP said the Publis Defender's report reads not only the violations of human rights in prisons but as well in orphanages.
"Such facts are making international organizations to doubt and loose a trust to the governemnt. Here the double liability should be rised. First the people affected in this process, and the second the ministers of Corrections and Healthcare should be liable as, they canot control the system to lift it up to the legislative norms and international norms. If this is not the case they are not corresponding to the positions which they hold, "- MP said.
Those who are responsible for orphanages are to be responsible for violations.
