More prisoners will met the Holly Easter in own homes but not in prison. The Pardoning Commission will gather probably in a few days. 300 declarations are ready for review. The data are sent to President as well.
The Pardoning Commission will discuss cases of those prisoners who served already half of its sentence. At the same time here are 10 cases of juveniles whose cases will be as well discussed ignoring these main criteria for pardoning.
Elene Tevdoradze, Chair of Pardoning Commission said more than 300 cases will be discussed by Commission. "We are reviewing absolutely all types of cases, the only criteria is that they have to pass half of its sentence."
