Today on April 7 at 12:00 the organization "Article 42 of constitution" will hold a press conference. The press conference will reveal  manipulations of the Judicial and Legislative government for retaining of the non constitutional norms in the Georgian legislation.

The NGO Article 42 declared that the Georgian Parliament and Constitutional Court are usually retaining the non constitutional postulates and norms in the legislation over manipulating with norms. This process becomes dangerous.

The Article 42 declared that such actions of Constitutional Court, ignorance by the Parliament of the decision of Constitutional Court and other methods and manipulations are violating the human rights, the international obligations of Georgia and this leads to the discrediting of the Constitutional Court.

The press conference will present the facts and cases which are proving the manipulations of Constitutional Court and Georgian Parliament.
