James Appaturay, NATO Special Representative to South Caucasus and Central Asia said the alliance never compromise the territorial integrity question.

"NATO never recedes in such question as the territorial integrity of Georgia is. The position of NATO member states is that they never recognize the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, "- Appaturay said in his meeting with Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Washadze.
He will conduct meetings with government representatives and opposition parties leaders. Georgian Foreign Ministry informs that he will meet with Davit Bakradze, Parliamentary Chair, with Giorgi Baramidze, vice-Prime Minister, Giga Bokeria, Security Council Secretary, Foreign Minister and Defense Minister.

His visit was postponed because of events developed in Libya.
